This will be one of the softest and most succulent chicken dishes you have ever tasted. Don’t worry about overcooking the chicken. The longer it stays on the grill the softer it becomes.
1/4 cup Gefen Barbecue Sauce
2 tablespoons Gefen Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Glicks Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon shawarma spice
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 pound boneless skinless chicken legs (also called baby chicken or dark cutlets)
Mix barbecue sauce, mayonnaise, soy sauce, shawarma spice, paprika, salt and pepper.
Add chicken to marinade and toss to coat. Refrigerate for at least an hour or longer.
Grill for a few minutes on each side, until nicely caramelized.
