Tasty riced cauliflower.
one package frozen riced cauliflower (16 ounces)
1 large onion, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup edamame, cooked
1 hot dog, sliced
handful of sunflower seeds, shelled
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
1 egg
Add oil to your wok.
Cook onions until golden.
Add garlic and cook some more. Remove onion and garlic from pot.
Add more oil.
Add frozen cauliflower rice. Cook cauliflower on low flame for 10-15 minutes. Push to one side.
Cook egg.
Mix it in only after it becomes pieces. Add onion and garlic.
Add edamame.
Add hot dog slices.
Cook for another few minutes. Make sure cauliflower is soft, not chewy. Turn off fire. Add sunflower seeds. Drizzle with tahini (optional).
