24 ounces frozen (chopped), defrosted
6 egg whites
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 teaspoons kosher or 1 1/4 teaspoons regular salt
1 pinch pepper
Preheat oven to 350
Place chopped broccoli in bag. Lightly beat egg white in bowl and pour into the bag. Add onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Pour into pan
Bake uncovered for one hour
