Enjoy this flavorful and easy-to-make pasta dish that’s perfect for any occasion! The dressing is a harmonious blend of creamy, sweet, and salty. Serve it as a starchy side dish or toss with some lean grilled chicken for a full meal.
12-ounce box Heaven & Earth Gluten-Free Brown Rice Pasta
1/4 cup toasted sesame oil
1/4 cup Mighty Sesame Tahini
1/4 cup Gefen Maple Syrup
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 cubes Dorot Gardens Frozen Garlic
1 cube Dorot Gardens Frozen Ginger
3 scallions, sliced
4 radishes, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
1/4 cup shredded carrot
sliced red pepper (for color)
chili garlic paste (for spice)
Prepare the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the sauce: In a large mixing bowl, combine the sesame oil, tahini, maple syrup, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic cubes, and ginger cube. Whisk until smooth and fully combined.
Add the drained pasta to the bowl with the tahini sauce. Toss until the pasta is fully coated.
Add the scallions, radishes, sesame seeds, and shredded carrot. Mix until the vegetables are evenly distributed throughout the pasta.
Top with additional scallions, radishes, sesame seeds, and, if desired, sliced red pepper and chili garlic paste for extra color and spice.
