Ingredients

Sweet Sunny Soup

  • 3 tablespoons oil

  • 1 onion, diced

  • 3 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic

  • 3 yellow peppers, diced

  • 2 yellow zucchini, peeled and diced

  • 2 yellow carrots, peeled and diced

  • 1 tablespoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon Pereg Pepper

  • 5 cups water

Directions

Prepare the Sweet Sunny Soup

1.

In a medium-sized pot, heat oil. Sauté onion and garlic over medium heat for five minutes. Stir in vegetables and sauté over low heat for 15 minutes.

2.

Add water and spices, stir, and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for one hour.

3.

Blend with an immersion blender until smooth.
