Submitted by Esty Stern I have tried many similar recipes in the past, and about each one I would think, “It’s a little too sweet,” or “It’s not flavorful enough,” or “Too spicy.” I finally created the perfect blend, an imitation of the real restaurant taste!
2-3 chicken breasts, cut into chunks
1 egg, beaten
1/2-1 c. corn flake crumbs
Oil for frying
1/3 c. sweet chili sauce
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp sriracha mayo (or you could mix sriracha sauce with mayonnaise to make your own)
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
Dip chicken pieces into beaten egg and then into corn flake crumbs. Fry on med/high flame for 2-3 minutes on each side (it should still be a little raw inside).
Place pieces in a pan, pour over sauce and bake covered on 375F for 30 minutes.
Serve over rice.
