1 can Gefen Beets, drained, juice reserved
1 tablespoon Tuscanini Apricot Jam
1/2 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablesoon Gefen Cornstarch, dissolved in 1/4 cup cold water
In 3 quart saucepan, bring beet juice, jam, and orange juice to a boil.
Add sugar and salt.
Add dissolved cornstarch, stirring constantly for one minute.
Add beets and cook for five minutes. Serve hot.
