Sweet and Sour Chicken

  • 2 heaping tbsp Apricot Jam (half a jar)

  • 1 pckt Onion Soup

  • 1 bottle Country French Sauce

Directions

1.

Mix all the ingredients together. Fill up the bottle of sauce with Hot Water and add to the mixture.

2.

Dip each chicken into marinade and fully coat.

3.

Put into a foil container.

4.

Pour the rest of the marinade over the chicken.

5.

Leave it in the fridge for 2-3 hours or overnight.

6.

Cook in the oven for 2 hours at 180c.
