I absolutely love the flavor of sushi, so I thought, why not include it in a salad?
2 cups cooked rice
1 (10-ounce) box sushi sticks or sushi pieces
1 cup shredded carrot
1 cup shelled edamame
1/2 cup sliced radishes
1 avocado, diced
1 bag lettuce
1 cup Gefen Mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Glicks Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1–2 teaspoons sriracha
Place all salad ingredients in a bowl. Combine dressing ingredients and drizzle over salad.
