This is a really easy and healthy recipe that’s perfect as a side dish or lunch, submitted by reader Peshy Waxman.
1 bag of riced cauliflower
1 egg
salt
2 tablespoons Glicks Flour
bread crumbs (optional)
Mix all ingredients together well. If the mixture is loose, add some more flour.
Form into patties. Optional: Dip the patties into crumbs.
Fry and enjoy! If you don’t mind the calories, you can serve them alongside a mayo garlic dip.
