This is good for Shabbos as a dip with your challa.
3 cloves of garlic
2 ounces fresh basil
3-oz bag of julienne cut sundried tomatoes ( I used California Sun Dry)
3/4 cup olives
3 Tablespoons olive oil
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
Place all ingredients in a food processor. Process until you get the desired consistency.
