Ingredients

Tropical Smoothie

  • 1 cup frozen butternut squash (I use riced)

  • 1/2 cup Beleaves Mango (I use cubes)

  • 3/4 cup water

Strawberry Breakfast Smoothie

  • 10 small frozen strawberries

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup Gefen Almond Milk (or milk of your choice)

  • 1/2-1 teaspoon cacao powder (a healthier version of cocoa- but cocoa is ok too)

  • 2 dates

  • 1 tablespoon nut butter of your choice (I use almond)

Açaí- Pitaya Smoothies

Directions

Prepare the Tropical Smoothie

Blend all ingredients.

Variation:

Feel free to adjust the water and orange juice ratio to your likeness. I prefer a smoothie with a lower sugar content, so I only use 1/4 cup of orange juice- but the more you use, the sweeter it is! You can also add frozen pineapple or banana- the sky’s the limit!

Prepare the Strawberry Breakfast Smoothie

Blend and enjoy!

Variation:

You can add banana or other berries if you’d like. Also, you can totally use any flavor of yogurt you’d like. If you use sweetened yogurt, you can probably skip the dates.

Prepare the Açaí- Pitaya Smoothies

Variation:

I actually don’t like bananas, so when I make this smoothie for myself, I replace the banana with yogurt.
