You’ll give your fruit salad new life when you add passion-fruit filling!

Ingredients

Summer Fruit Salad

  • 1 mango, diced into 1/4-inch cubes

  • 2 kiwis, diced into 1/4-inch cubes

  • 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds

  • 1 cup blueberries

  • 2 cups seasonal fruit such as grapes, cherries, plums, peaches, or nectarines, diced into 1/4-inch cubes

  • 1/2 cup Whole Fruit Passion-Fruit Filling (see note)

Directions

Prepare the Summer Fruit Salad

1.

In a bowl, toss mango, kiwis, pomegranate seeds, blueberries, and seasonal fruit with Passion-Fruit Filling.

2.

Serve chilled.

Tips:

If desired, garnish with a frozen ice pop in a unique mold.
