Ingredients

String Bean Salad

  • 1/2 pound string beans, cut into 1″ pieces

  • 2 carrots, peeled and sliced

  • 1 cup water

  • 4 tablespoons sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • dash of pepper

Directions

String Bean Salad

1.

Blanch vegetables and drain well.

2.

Combine ingredients for dressing and pour over vegetables. Serve chilled.
