Ingredients

Strawberry Slushy

  • 32 ounces (910 grams) frozen strawberries

  • 4 cups fruit juice of choice (Ceres juices are my favorite, but white grape juice, peach grape juice, or even apple juice works great)

  • 1/2 lime

  • 2–4 tablespoons Gefen Maple Syrup, to taste

  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves

  • 1/2 cup rum (optional)

  • watermelon sticks, for garnish (optional)

  • mint leaves, for garnish (optional)

Directions

1.

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor until very smooth.

2.

Pour into glasses and garnish with watermelon sticks and mint leaves, if desired.
