Smoothies make great, nutritious, take-along breakfasts and fun come-home snacks, too. Try different fruits for a variety of flavors.
1 cup frozen strawberries (without syrup)
1 cup Gefen Vanilla Soy Milk
2 teaspoons Gefen Honey
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla Extract
3 kiwis, peeled
3 firm medium bananas, peeled
Place all ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth. Chill thoroughly.
