This dessert takes only minutes to assemble and results in an explosion of sweet strawberry goodness.
1 and 1/4 cups Gefen Confectioners’ Sugar, divided
1/2 cup Gefen Peanut Butter
12 ounces frozen strawberries
1/4 cup orange juice
28 ounces (parve) vanilla ice cream
(parve) caramel syrup
In a bowl, crumble 1/4 cup confectioners’ sugar and peanut butter with your fingers until fine crumbs form.
Spread half the crumbs in a nine-inch round pan.
Place strawberries, remaining confectioners’ sugar, and orange juice in the food processor and process until smooth.
Add ice cream and process until creamy.
Spread over crumbs.
Top with remaining crumbs and caramel syrup.
