Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup confectioner sugar

  • ½ cup peanut butter

  • 12 oz frozen strawberries

  • 1/4 cup orange juice

  • 28 ounce vanilla ice cream

  • Caramel syrup

Directions

1.

In a bowl, crumble 1/4 cup confectioner sugar and peanut butter with your fingers until fine crumbs form.

2.

Spread half the crumbs in a 9 inch round pan.

3.

Place strawberries, remaining confectioners, sugar, and orange juice in the food processor and process until smooth.

4.

Add ice cream and process until creamy.

5.

Spread over crumbs.

6.

Top with remaining crumbs and caramel syrup.
