This smoothie is bursting with so many flavors, each which have many positive effects on the body. It contains high amounts of antioxidants, which help the body fight against chronic illnesses. In addition, many of the ingredients are known to be great for heart health.
1 teaspoon instant coffee
1 packet artificial sweetener, such as Splenda or Truvia (skip if using vanilla yogurt)
1 teaspoon sugar-free hot cocoa mix
1 to 2 tablespoons hot water
1 (6-ounce) container plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
1/2 cup milk or Gefen Almond Milk
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 frozen medium banana
1 tablespoon PB2 (powdered peanut butter)
Dissolve instant coffee, sweetener and cocoa mix in hot water. Add to blender with remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
