Hey,
I want to make this for Mishloach Manos, What did you use to wrap the chicken leg?
parchment paper and a string 🙂
Still raw after 45 minutes
check if your oven is working properly. I bake chicken on the bone often (usually breaded), even the thigh and the whole breast and it doesn’t take much more than 30 minutes. If you like it “falling off of the bone” it will take much longer. But normally it shouldn’t take more than the recipe states. Good luck!
I made this on regular chicken bottoms. It was easy and turned out delicious.
