An easy weeknight dinner with only three ingredients.
4 zucchini
2 and 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cups Tuscanini Marinara Sauce
Wash zucchini and cut into 1/4-inch circles.
Place a piece of Gefen Parchment on the bottom of the pizza maker. Plug it in.
Place zucchini all around, covering as much surface as possible.
Sprinkle one cup shredded cheese over zucchini.
Add one cup sauce on top of the cheese.
Repeat, this time with zucchini, marinara sauce, and then cheese.
Close the cover and cook for 25 minutes or until squash is soft.
