Try this recipe for an easy spinach and potato side dish.
12 ounces spinach, cooked and drained
2 potatoes, cooked
3 tablespoons farina
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon Pereg Pepper
2 cloves garlic or 1/2 teaspoon Gefen Garlic Powder
2 tablespoons oil
Blend or process spinach with potatoes. Add farina, eggs, salt, pepper, and garlic and mix well.
Heat oil in an eight-inch loaf pan.
Pour batter into pan and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for one hour.
