Full of vitamins … and great taste!
10 ounces mushrooms
2 avocados, optional
2 packages spinach leaves
1 package grape tomatoes
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 cup Heaven & Earth Ketchup
1/2 teaspoon Glicks Mustard
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/3 cup vinegar
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon salt
7 packets Splenda or 1/4 cup sugar
Wash mushrooms well, and cut into thin slices. Peel and dice avocados, if using.
Combine with remaining salad ingredients in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine dressing ingredients and pour over salad; toss to coat evenly.
