Easy to put together and still super delicious, these pierogies are ready in less than 10 minutes.
1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup shredded cheese blend
2 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon oil
Cook pierogies according to package instructions using the boiling method.
Add spinach, oil, garlic, salt and pepper to a saucepan. Cook for five minutes until most of the water has cooked out.
Add heavy cream and cheese. Mix until smooth. Pour over cooked pierogies.
