A quick and delicious supper option the kids are sure to thank you for.
1 medium onion, sautéed
1 pound frozen spinach, steamed and drained
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Gefen Garlic Powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup Gefen Orzo, cooked
8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
Mix sautéed onion with spinach. Add salt, garlic powder, and pepper.
Mix with orzo. Add shredded cheese.
Bake, covered, for one hour.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
