This tuna salad is a bit spicy, a bit crunchy, and totally yummy! If you’re looking for a great dietetic salad without mayo, this one is perfect for you. The combo of flavors and textures in this salad is a real hit!
Serves 4 (8 cups)
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup vinegar
1 teaspoon Gefen Onion Powder
3/4 teaspoon Gefen Garlic Powder
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 cup sliced celery
1 small onion, sliced
15 and 1/2 ounces Gefen Tuna, drained and flaked
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced (optional)
2 tomatoes, cubed
Combine oil, vinegar and spices. Stir to blend.
Combine all other ingredients.
Pour enough dressing to coat salad completely.
