This is a fresh and interesting new salad that’s easy to make, with sweet mango, spicy Italian peppers, loads of herbs, and a zesty lime and honey dressing.
2 mangoes, peeled and diced
1/2 red onion, cut into half-moons
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, cleaned and chopped
1/4 cup fresh mint, cleaned and chopped
2-3 Tuscanini Calabrian Chili Peppers, thinly sliced
3 green onions, chopped
1 avocado, sliced
zest and juice of 2 fresh limes
2 tablespoons Manischewitz Honey
2 tablespoons Bartenura Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Place all the chopped ingredients in a bowl, add the dressing, and mix.
Serve at room temperature or cold. Let sit for at least five minutes so the flavors can meld, and adjust seasonings before serving.
