Ingredients

S’mores Pizza

  • puff pastry

  • 3 tablespoons chocolate spread

  • 4 graham crackers

  • 4 lotus cookies

  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Directions

1.

Roll out one package of puff pastry in a circle.

2.

Bake for 12-15 minutes.

3.

Add chocolate spread as soon as it’s out the oven, and sprinkle the lotus/graham cracker crumbs on top.

4.

Add marshmallows and return to oven on broil for two to three minutes. Keep a close eye as they can burn quickly.

5.

Cut into slices and enjoy!
