Ingredients

Smoky Coffee Meat Rub

1/4 cup good-quality ground coffee
1/4 cup turbinado raw sugar
3 tablespoons smoked paprika
2 tablespoons Manischewitz Kosher Salt

3 tablespoons onion flakes
3 tablespoons Pereg Sweet Paprika
2 tablespoons finely chopped orange zest
