There is nothing like coming home from work on a cold winter day to a hearty, hot soup.
3 large white onions, thinly sliced
2 carrots, diced
3 stalks celery, diced
2 tablespoons oil, such as Gefen Canola Oil
10 cups water
2 tablespoons Tuscanini Balsamic Vinegar
1/3 cup beef consommé powder
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Place all ingredients in a slow cooker; mix well. Cook on low for six to 10 hours.
