Ingredients

Slow-Cooked Silan-Glazed Minute Steak

  • 8 potatoes, peeled and halved

  • 1 family package of minute steaks (6 to 8 steaks)

  • Montreal steak seasoning

Directions

1.

Preheat oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit.

2.

Place potatoes in roasting pan and line up minute steaks on top. Sprinkle Montreal steak seasoning over the meat. Add two inches of water to the pan. Cover and bake for eight hours.

3.

Remove pan from oven and raise heat to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Uncover and drain some of the liquid from the pan so the meat is no longer submerged. Drizzle silan on top of meat and return to oven for 15 minutes.

4.

Serve with pomegranate seeds sprinkled on top for garnish.
