This shortcut pasta dish hits all the comfort notes of lasagna – carbs, sauce, and lots of cheese. Yummy, delicious, and easy enough you can pop it in the oven after work.
2 packets Gefen Ramen Noodles
1/4 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup Gefen Pasta Sauce
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
3 tablespoons water
parsley, for serving (optional)
red pepper flakes, for serving (optional)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place both Gefen Ramen Noodle blocks side by side in an oven-proof dish that fits them snugly. Sprinkle over the seasonings.
Top the Gefen Ramen Noodles with ricotta cheese, pasta sauce, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, and water.
Bake Ramen Noodle Lasagna, uncovered, for 35 to 40 minutes or until hot and the center is fully cooked.
Top cooked ramen with chopped fresh parsley and red pepper flakes, if desired, and serve.
