Don’t be fooled by the simplicity of putting this together. With its fresh, light garlic and lemon flavors, it simply can’t be beat.
4 to 5 (1-and-1/4 -to 1-and-1/2-inch-thick) salmon fillets
sea salt, to taste
onion powder, to taste
garlic powder, to taste
Pereg Paprika, to taste
4 tablespoons avocado or canola oil
4 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped, or 3/4 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
zest of 1 lemon
juice of 1 lemon (2 tablespoons Heaven and Earth Lemon Juice)
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon coarsely ground Gefen Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Place salmon fillets into prepared baking pan. Season with salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika. Rest seasoned fish for 10 minutes for flavors to meld.
Prepare the marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together oil, garlic, parsley, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Brush marinade generously over salmon. Rest fish for five to 10 minutes.
Bake for 15 to 17 minutes. Remove from oven; baste with marinade.

Delicious! Fresh and bursting with flavor – everyone really enjoyed.
In the picture it looks like the pan is lined with parchment paper. It doesn’t say anything about this in the recipe. Does it need to be lined or not?
You definitely can line your pan but not necessary. It just allows for easier clean up 🙂
Very good, but too salty. Don’t trust those measurements.
