The perfect minimal-mess, minimal-fuss side dish.
2 teaspoons oil
12 ounces frozen spinach, cooked and drained
2 large potatoes, boiled and mashed
3 tablespoons farina
2 eggs
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cloves garlic, crushed or 2 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
Heat two teaspoons oil in nine-inch pie pan.
In a separate bowl, combine all remaining ingredients.
Pour spinach mixture into pan and bake for one hour.
Preheat oven to at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
