Simple and healthy with a spicy kick, this is my family’s favorite way to eat tuna.
4 tuna fillets
5 tablespoons oil, divided
5–6 teaspoons Cajun spice, divided
2 zucchinis, diced
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper.
Marinate tuna in three tablespoons oil for 15 minutes.
Place tuna on baking sheet. Brush with a little extra oil on both sides.
Place four tablespoons Cajun spice on a dinner plate. Dredge each fillet in the Cajun spice and place on baking sheet.
In a large bowl, place zucchini, two teaspoons oil, and one teaspoon Cajun spice and mix. Place zucchini pieces around the tuna.
Bake for seven minutes. Flip the tuna and bake for another seven minutes or until fish is baked through.
