I got this awesome recipe from my dear friend. Enjoy!
salmon fillets
yellow onion
equal parts mayo, ketchup, sugar and vinegar
Put salmon in a pan covered with slightly salted water and cover. Leave on high until the water starts boiling (not more than a few minutes) then lower the flame and cook for 35 minutes.
Drain the water.
Mix ketchup, mayo, sugar and vinegar together then pour on to the fish. Reserve a bit of the sauce.
Cut the onion into slices and spread the slices over the fish and sauce.
Add the last of the sauce over the fish.
Refrigerate overnight.
