1 side of fish, serving about 4 people
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
3 to 4 tablespoons sesame seeds
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Rinse the fish and pat dry. Lay on a lined baking sheet, skin side down. Mix all ingredients for sauce in a bowl and pour evenly over fish. Let rest for 10 to 20 minutes.
Bake uncovered for approximately 20 to 25 minutes depending on how thick the fish is.
