Sometimes you need to make a grown-up dish (perhaps it’s a night when the kids are having pizza or pasta) and you can’t think about taking out a real bowl or even the set of measuring spoons. You’re just not in the mood for any additional mess. So, this recipe was developed using a plastic soup spoon instead of tablespoons. Add some simple sides (rice, roasted broccoli, whatever…) and this meal is good to go.
1 pound salmon fillets
salt, for sprinkling
pepper, for sprinkling
2 spoons Haddar Brown Sugar
1 spoon Glicks Soy Sauce (use a wheat-free version for gluten-free)
1 spoon Dijon mustard
1 spoon Tuscanini Olive Oil
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Season fish with salt and pepper.
In a plastic bowl, combine brown sugar, soy sauce, mustard and olive oil. Pour over salmon.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the size of your fillets.
