Submitted by Chaya B Goldberger This recipe can be used with any other cut of steak you prefer.
4 slices French steak
6-7 garlic cloves, cracked to release juices
oil
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
pinch of rosemary
Montreal steak seasoning
half an orange, quartered
5-6 pearl red onions
1/4 cup pomegranate juice
1/4 cup red wine
Marinate steak in rub of oil, rosemary, spices and garlic cloves.
Remove garlic cloves to prevent burning and sear for 3 minutes on each side.
Add rest of ingredients and bake covered on 350 for 3 hours. Check halfway through if it needs to be flipped to the other side.
