the best liver recipe ever
1 Spanish onion
oil to cover onion plus more
2 cloves of garlic minced
1 large pack of liver cut into small pieces
1/4 tsp of paprika
salt to taste
sauté onions until a deep golden brown. Add minced garlic sauté for 2 minutes. add paprika and salt continue sautéing for 5 minutes. close the flame add the liver to the pot. mix well. cover with lid for an hour. enjoy.
