This delicious vegetable side is so easy to make in the pizza maker. The balsamic vinegar gives it that extra punch of flavor.
1/2 red onion, sliced
2 cubes Gefen Frozen Crushed Garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 red pepper, sliced
1/2 green pepper, sliced
1/2 yellow pepper, sliced
1/2 orange pepper, sliced
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Parsley Flakes
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Tuscanini Balsamic Vinegar
Saute onion and garlic in oil in the pizza maker or in a pot until fragrant (about one minute in the pizza maker).
Add peppers, thyme, parsley, and salt and cook until peppers are cooked through and begin to brown. Remove from heat and mix in balsamic vinegar.
