Submitted by lirazouch Indian pastry dough for filling and lots of good flavour.
2 cups of flour
4 tbsp margarine
lukewarm water
1/2 tsp salt
Mix all ingredients and add lukewarm water a bit at a time until a soft dough forms.
The dough should feel elastic and flexible.
This dough can be filled with either meat, fish, or a parve filling.
