Salted Caramel Peanut Butter Popcorn Clusters

The perfect combination of salty and sweet – this delicious snack is perfect for every palate!

Ingredients

Main ingredients

  • 1/3 cup sugar

  • 1/3 cup honey

  • 1/4 –1/3 cup Gefen Peanut Butter

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1 teaspoon sea salt plus additional for sprinkling on top

  • 4 cups popped popcorn

  • 2 cups mini pretzels

  • 1/2 cup peanuts

  • 1/4 cup Gefen Dried Cranberries

  • 1–2 tablespoons desiccated coconut (unsweetened), optional

  • chocolate chips for chocolate drizzle (optional)

Directions

Prepare the Salted Caramel Peanut Butter Popcorn Clusters

1.

Combine honey and sugar in a small saucepan, allow to cook together over medium heat, mixing occasionally. Bring to a boil and let boil for about five minutes. Remove from heat and mix in peanut butter, vanilla, and salt.

In the meantime, on a lined baking sheet, spread popcorn, pretzels, peanuts, and cranberries. Spread honey mixture on top and mix well to coat.

If using chocolate, place about 1/3 cup chocolate chips in a ziploc bag. Place that bag into hot water. When chocolate melts, snip a tiny hole in the corner of the bag and drizzle chocolate on top.

4.

Sprinkle with additional sea salt and coconut.

5.

Place in fridge to set.
