Fire-roasted tomato salsa.

Ingredients

Salsa

  • 2 18-oz cans Fire Roasted Tomatoes

  • 1/2 white onion, chopped

  • 1 t minced garlic

  • 1/4 t salt & pepper

  • 1/2 cup cilantro, freshly chopped

  • 1 jalapeño or serrano, chopped

  • juice of 1 fresh lime

Directions

Prepare the Salsa

1.

Put all in food processor. Pulse to your preference.
