Canned salmon, punched up with shallots and mustard, make up these savory sliders. The piquant dressing and sliced veggies complete this sensational sandwich.
12 rolls of your choice, such as jabetta
1 large can (14.75 ounces or 418 grams) salmon, drained and mashed
1 small shallot, finely diced
1 egg
salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
oil, for frying
1 red onion, cut into thin rings
1 large tomato, cut into 8 slices
lettuce, of your choice
1 cup Gefen Mayonnaise, light is fine
1/3 cup vinegar
3 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 clove garlic, minced or 1 cube Gefen Frozen Garlic
1/2 teaspoon paprika, in oil
handful chives, chopped
2 teaspoons Haddar Dijon Mustard
Combine the salmon, shallot, egg, and mustard in a small bowl.
Form into sliders and fry in a small amount of oil for three to four minutes on each side.
Set aside to cool.
Smear dressing on either side of each roll.
Add veggies of your choice and a slider (or a slider and a half) to each roll.
Combine all dressing ingredients together. Mix well.

Salmon Sub Sliders it says combine eggs salmon and mustard. there is no mustard ingredient as part of the main dish ingredients.
