One of my favorite recipes. Great for any day of the week, any meal of the day!
Is the ground salmon from cooked fresh salmon? How shoud I ground the salmon?
The salmon if fresh ground, not cooked. If you have a meat grinder attachment to your mixer, you could use it, although you should be sure to clean the attachment immediately, and check it well before using the attachment for meat. You could probably find ground salmon in the supermarket.
