Ingredients

Salad

  • 4 radishes

Dressing

  • 4 tablespoons Gefen Mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup (scant) distilled vinegar

  • 3 tablespoons sugar

Directions

Make the Salad

1.

Slice all vegetables into thin rings. (Do not peel cucumbers.)

2.

Combine dressing ingredients and mix with vegetables. Stays fresh for two days.
