Ingredients

Salad

  • 6–7 ounces (170–200 grams) baby kale, arugula, or your favorite greens mix

  • 1 unpeeled red apple, cut into matchsticks

  • 1 unpeeled green apple, cut into matchsticks

  • 1 leek, thinly sliced (discard green parts)

  • 1 fennel, thinly sliced

Dressing

Directions

1.

Combine all dressing ingredients and mix well.

2.

To serve: Place the greens on a large tray with a lip. Sprinkle remaining ingredients evenly over the top. Place a bowl of the dressing in the center so everyone can take as much as they like.
