This year, roasted radishes have been all the rage! They are healthy, sweet, and very addictive. Roasting them takes away their spiciness and brings out their natural sweetness. Throw some fresh basil on top for garnish, and you are guaranteed to have a stunning dish.
1 pound radishes, cut in half
2 tablespoons basil, minced
2 teaspoons garlic, minced or 2 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
1 tablespoon Tuscanini Olive Oil
1/2 teaspoon salt (or more to taste)
pinch of pepper
Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix together all ingredients on a cookie sheet lined with Gefen Parchment Paper.
Roast for 12 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
