Ever since I purchased garlic salt, it’s been my go-to spice for everything—omelets, soup, grilled veggies…you get the idea.
4 medium kohlrabi
1/4 cup oil
1 tablespoon garlic salt (year-round, I use Lawry’s)
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Peel and slice kohlrabi into round discs. Mix with oil and spices.
Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 25–30 minutes.
